In ancient Greek mythology, ambrosia (Greek: Aμβροσία) is sometimes the food, sometimes the drink, of the Greek gods (or demigods), often depicted as conferring ageless immortality upon whoever consumes it.

Made of wood recycled from Malca’s renovations, the restaurant has been entirely decorated to contrast with works of art by Keith Haring. The colorful informal atmosphere blends with its casual cuisine style. Following the concept of “tapas,” our chefs make portions to share, giving diners the chance to try different flavors from various parts of the world.
